OUR COMPANY

Personal Care Co., Ltd., having its registered address at 3-12-21, Sekimachiminami, Nerima-ku, Tokyo 177, Japan is the legitimate manufacturer of the product named "NIWANA" from Japan. 

​

Personal Care has been the authorized subsidiary Of Personal Care Co., Ltd of Japan based in Singapore since 1986 to distribute both NIWANA and ROOIBOS TX in ASEAN region outside Japan.

 

Established in 1986 as a joint venture manufacturing concern with Niwa Institute For Immunology where the R&D facility for "NIWANA" was located. The first manufacturing plant was located at No 14-20, Asahimachi, Tosashimizu City, Kochi Prefecture, Japan. The product "NIWANA" had been developed, analyzed and certified by Prof. Yukie Niwa and the manufacturing plant had complied with the license requirement of Japan Food Bureau for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard.

The second manufacturing plant was located in Moka-shi, Tochigiken 3214300, Japan in the vicinity of Utsunomiya, Japan. This plant has the capacity to manufacture from raw material state to its finished product state (through the patented 3-stage manufacturing process) using some of the more advanced machinery such as the final-stage drying machine which ensures improved potency without the loss of essential vitamins in the drying process.

NIWANA and its logo, with ROOIBOS TX has registered the proprietary trademark and logo since 1998.

The patented manufacturing process has been registered in Japan and other countries since its inception.

"NIWANA” has been in the market since 1986 and has since been tested, analyzed, certified, manufactured under Japan Food Bureau GMP standard and declared safe for human consumption by the following :
